Smart Arch E-bike Shelter with Rain Protection and Solar-Powered Charging Station

Modern Arco SMART shelter for five e-bikes and scooters, equipped with a fully solar-powered charging station, twin-wall polycarbonate, and PMMA roof.

Structure composed of:
Straight and arch-bent steel tubes (diameter 76 and 60 mm).
The roof is made of a UV-protected, ribbed twin-wall polycarbonate panel, reinforced with a steel frame underneath;
A transparent PMMA sheet on top to embed and protect the solar panels; at the back of the roof, there is a channel for water drainage.
The front section is designed to accommodate a five-space electric bike or scooter rack module made of steel.
In the center of the shelter, the PLUG module extends horizontally, consisting of a 200 x 200 mm tubular section, containing two protected 220V Schuko sockets and three 42/48V stations for charging electric bikes and scooters with various connectors.
Each PLUG module includes two Schuko sockets and three 42/48V charging modules for e-bikes or scooters.
A side box contains the electronic equipment.

Surface protection
GENERAL INFORMATION ON SURFACE PROTECTION
All products undergo surface treatment and painting cycles calibrated according to the constituent material, product type, and final intended use.
Cast iron and aluminum surfaces are duly prepared by mechanical sandblasting or chemical pretreatment to ensure proper adhesion and protection of the coating.
Steel surfaces are protected by anti-corrosion treatments appropriate for the product's geometry and installation environment.
The coating is applied using a 5P cycle (thermosetting powder coating with electrostatic application) or a 3P cycle (spray painting with anti-corrosion primer and finish), depending on the substrate and performance requirements.
Standard finish: antique black, Eurocomitalia type.
Any color from the RAL Classic chart is available upon request.
