Lower segment in aluminum, useful for opening the lantern for maintenance operations.
Lower part consists of an aluminum compartment on which the LED engine is mounted.
The compartment is hinged to the structure and mounts a neoprene gasket that ensures the product's IP65 total protection degree.
In the case of the version only for the lamp, the upper body is fixed to the lower body via a hinge and bolt.

Optics for the LED version:
Consists of a single aluminum block that ensures the dissipation of heat emitted by the LED diode.
Optics based on IP67 printed lenses, resistant to UV rays and IK10 impact, with high-precision collimators for concentrating the light beam.
The circuit is coated with a special insulating powder that increases protection against electrostatic discharges.
IP67 optics with a watertight seal gasket for the protection of LED circuits are mounted on the dissipation structure.
The entire LED engine is fixed to the lower body of the lamp with six stainless steel M4 screws.
This allows the LED engine to be easily removable for any maintenance operations.
Next to the LED engine, a support for the IP66 CL II driver is mounted, also fixed to the structure with stainless steel screws, making it easily removable and separated from the LED engine.
Around the lower structure, well-isolated, all electrical connections are placed, including the two plugs, one for detaching the LED engine from the driver, and one for detaching the driver from the power grid.
