Post-top or suspended steel lantern with LED wiring, composed of:
- Spider-shaped aluminum support.
- Cap nuts.
- Lower aluminum segment.
- Upper aluminum segment complete with Class II BOX.
- Optional screen made of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA).
- Chimney made of aluminum, hinged to the central frame.
- Artistic aluminum ornaments.
Optics:
Consists of a single aluminum block that ensures the dissipation of heat emitted by the LED diode.
Optics based on molded IP67 lenses, resistant to UV rays and IK10 impacts, with high-precision collimators to concentrate the light beam.
The circuit is coated with a special insulating powder that increases protection against electrostatic discharges.
The IP67 optics with a watertight seal are mounted on the heat sink structure to protect the LED circuits.
The entire LED engine is fixed to the lower body of the lamp with six M4 stainless steel screws.
The LED engine is easily removable for any maintenance operations.
Next to the LED engine, a support for the power driver is mounted, also fixed to the structure with stainless steel screws, making the entire assembly easily removable and separate from the LED engine.
All electrical connections are located around the lower structure, well-insulated, including the plugs: one to disconnect the LED engine from the driver and one to disconnect the driver from the mains power.
External brass screws and stainless steel hardware.
Operation and Maintenance:
To access the electrical equipment, simply unscrew the screws of the upper segment.
The disconnector will automatically cut power to the lantern's wiring.
During maintenance operations, no part or component of the lantern is separated from the structure.
Painted in ANTIQUED EUROCOMITALIA color or other RAL color upon request.
