Installation:
Equipment designed for installation in masonry using anchor bolts.
Surface protection: See specifications on material protection.

Designed for a wide age range.
Mechanics designed to optimize performance and reduce physical strain.
The equipment is built around a steel support column with a diameter of 140 mm and thickness of 3 mm.
The rest of the materials used in the components are of similar quality in terms of resistance and thickness.
Powder-coated with an automated painting process involving two layers of cleaning, drying, powder application, and thermal hardening at 210°C to ensure corrosion resistance of over 240 hours in salt spray chamber tests.
This process uses a double layer of paint that includes an initial primer of zinc-rich epoxy resin and an outer layer of high-quality polyester.
The result of the painting process is a uniform protective layer never less than an average of 100 to 130 microns.
Each piece of equipment includes an informative notice according to EN 16630 standard, indicating the correct use of the equipment.

Surface protection
GENERAL INFORMATION ON SURFACE PROTECTION
All products undergo surface treatment and painting cycles calibrated according to the constituent material, product type, and final intended use.
Cast iron and aluminum surfaces are duly prepared by mechanical sandblasting or chemical pretreatment to ensure proper adhesion and protection of the coating.
Steel surfaces are protected by anti-corrosion treatments appropriate for the product's geometry and installation environment.
The coating is applied using a 5P cycle (thermosetting powder coating with electrostatic application) or a 3P cycle (spray painting with anti-corrosion primer and finish), depending on the substrate and performance requirements.
Standard finish: antique black, Eurocomitalia type.
Any color from the RAL Classic chart is available upon request.
Detailed technical specifications are available in the dedicated documentation.
