Classic Shark model urban furniture bench, 2 meters long, with a RED painted backrest and antique black legs. Supplied as an assembly kit.

Composed of:
• 2 side supports made of laser-cut shaped sheet metal, 6 mm thick, equipped with an oval plate for ground anchoring.
• 1 central support made of laser-cut shaped sheet metal, 6 mm thick, equipped with an oval plate for ground anchoring.
• Seat and backrest made with 25 steel rods, 20 mm in diameter, welded to side supports also made of 6 mm sheet metal. The ends of the rods are fitted with spherical black PE caps.
Installation:
The oval plates are pre-drilled for anchoring with M10 steel bolts.
Manufactured according to the safety requirements and testing methods of UNI 11306:2009.

Surface protection

GENERAL INFORMATION ON SURFACE PROTECTION

All products undergo surface treatment and painting cycles calibrated according to the constituent material, product type, and final intended use.

Cast iron and aluminum surfaces are duly prepared by mechanical sandblasting or chemical pretreatment to ensure proper adhesion and protection of the coating.

Steel surfaces are protected by anti-corrosion treatments appropriate for the product's geometry and installation environment.

The coating is applied using a 5P cycle (thermosetting powder coating with electrostatic application) or a 3P cycle (spray painting with anti-corrosion primer and finish), depending on the substrate and performance requirements.

Standard finish: antique black, Eurocomitalia type.

Any color from the RAL Classic chart is available upon request.
