VIVA smart bench - intelligent urban furniture type VIVA for charging devices powered via the electrical network.
General technical features:
2 side supports in sheet metal, thickness 30/10, shaped in a rectangular form;
Seat and backrest made from STRONGPLAST profiles (recycled plastic) section 120 x 40 mm bolted onto the seat and backrest supports;
Features of the version:
Equipped with 8 USB ports for charging devices up to 2 A and a 20W QI wireless charger integrated into the structure;
Neutral white LED backlighting system;
Includes local management and control system via WIFI connection or CLOUD via portal;
Temperature, humidity, device charge and discharge sensors, weather sensors with automatic standby system in case of prolonged absence of solar irradiation;
Self-management and error prediction system with automatic reports.
Fixing and maintenance:
The rectangular feet are designed for anchoring, using M10 steel bolts.
The surfaces are properly protected through a 5P cycle and powder-coated. See specifications on material protection.

The VIVA SMART system is based on ZERO WIRE SYSTEM technology: no wiring required.
Simply place the product in an area exposed to sunlight, and the integrated photovoltaic panel will ensure self-sufficiency for all available services, including device charging via USB ports and wireless technology.

GENERAL INFORMATION ON SURFACE PROTECTION
All products undergo surface treatment and painting cycles calibrated according to the constituent material, product type, and final intended use.
Cast iron and aluminum surfaces are duly prepared by mechanical sandblasting or chemical pretreatment to ensure proper adhesion and protection of the coating.
Steel surfaces are protected by anti-corrosion treatments appropriate for the product's geometry and installation environment.
The coating is applied using a 5P cycle (thermosetting powder coating with electrostatic application) or a 3P cycle (spray painting with anti-corrosion primer and finish), depending on the substrate and performance requirements.
Standard finish: antique black, Eurocomitalia type.
Any color from the RAL Classic chart is available upon request.
