Modern model urban furniture bench with steel supports and Strongplast slats, total length 1.9 meters.

Composed of:
2 steel side supports, formed by a flange for ground fixing and steel plates;
4 STRONGPLAST slats (80x80 mm section), internally milled and reinforced with a 15x15 section steel tube, drilled for attachment to the supports with steel hardware.
The bench is supplied as an assembly kit.
The steel surfaces are properly sandblasted before the painting process.
Seat made of 80x80 mm square section Strongplast slats, reinforced with 15x15x2 mm thick profiles.

Fixing:
The base is designed for anchoring with 10 mm diameter steel bolts.

Surface protection

GENERAL INFORMATION ON SURFACE PROTECTION

All products undergo surface treatment and painting cycles calibrated according to the constituent material, product type, and final intended use.

Cast iron and aluminum surfaces are duly prepared by mechanical sandblasting or chemical pretreatment to ensure proper adhesion and protection of the coating.

Steel surfaces are protected by anti-corrosion treatments appropriate for the product's geometry and installation environment.

The coating is applied using a 5P cycle (thermosetting powder coating with electrostatic application) or a 3P cycle (spray painting with anti-corrosion primer and finish), depending on the substrate and performance requirements.

Standard finish: antique black, Eurocomitalia type.

Any color from the RAL Classic chart is available upon request.

STRONGPLAST Specifications

GENERAL INFORMATION ON STRONGPLAST MATERIAL
The material colors, including those shown in photos and technical documentation, are purely indicative and depend on the availability of STRONGPLAST profile colors at the time of production.

Products made of STRONGPLAST are CAM certified (Minimum Environmental Criteria).
