The pole consists of a base with a lower part featuring a wide circular strip supporting the central part, also circular with a truncated conical section.
In the center, a cast iron inspection door prepared to house a terminal block inside.
The base is topped with a truncated conical ornament shaped like a cone. Base height 812 mm; base width 388 mm.
The shaft is made of galvanized steel with a circular section, tapered, with a diameter of 102 mm for the first section and 76 mm for the second section.
The shaft consists of tubes of various heights, the first extending up to 800 mm for ground insertion or optionally with a flange for anchoring.
A protective thermo-hardening sheath is included at the base.
The tapering is adorned with cast iron or aluminum collars and is attached to the pole via stainless steel grains.
The pole head is made of cast iron or aluminum and is attached to the pole via stainless steel grains.
The pole is equipped with a double steel shepherd's crook top, CODE 505.3, consisting of a tube (diameter 45 mm, thickness 3 mm) in steel bent as per design.
Finished with an ornament, bolt cover, and attachment for lantern with a 3/4 threaded tube.
The shepherd's crook is attached to the pole with decorative hooks made of aluminum or cast iron.
At the end of the shepherd's crook, a lampara CODE 622029 is attached.
Equipped with an M10 screw for grounding and a 55 mm diameter hole for the passage of an electrical cable inside.
All cast iron or aluminum elements are made in a single casting.
SURFACE PROTECTION
Cast iron surfaces are properly sandblasted before the painting process.
Steel surfaces are galvanized.
Painting performed using the following cycle:
one coat of single-component zinc phosphate primer, one finishing coat of highly protective bi-component catalyzed paint.
Standard color is antique black type EUROCOMITALIA.
Where required, painting according to the customer's RAL can be applied.

GENERAL INFORMATION ON SURFACE PROTECTION
All products undergo surface treatment and painting cycles calibrated according to the constituent material, product type, and final intended use.
Cast iron and aluminum surfaces are duly prepared by mechanical sandblasting or chemical pretreatment to ensure proper adhesion and protection of the coating.
Steel surfaces are protected by anti-corrosion treatments appropriate for the product's geometry and installation environment.
The coating is applied using a 5P cycle (thermosetting powder coating with electrostatic application) or a 3P cycle (spray painting with anti-corrosion primer and finish), depending on the substrate and performance requirements.
Standard finish: antique black, Eurocomitalia type.
Any color from the RAL Classic chart is available upon request.
