Equipped with pole top termianl COD TP1 fixed to internal steel tube by bolts and ready for the fitting of a lantern on a threaded 3 / 4 GAS tube also used to fix the UNI EN 1561 GJL250 cast iron components.
Equipped with M10 screws for grounding and a 55 mm diameter hole for the passage of electric cable inside.
The pole also has a slot for housing the terminal block and a UNI EN 1561 GJL250 cast iron closing door.
The elements that make up the pole are all in cast iron.
Description
Lamp post composed of elements in UNI EN 1561 cast iron with core
in S235J UNI EN 10219-1 steel, hot-galvanized to UNI EN ISO 1461
standards, corresponding in shape, size and ornamentation to the
diagrams, which are an integral part of the specifications.
The core is made up of four tubes of different cross-sections, according
to the internal diameter of the cast iron elements , welded
together at their junctions .
The post is suitable for flange fixing (diam. cm 26.6 - thickness 1.8 cm) on a foundation plinth (P)..
It is provided with an M10 earthing bolt marked by a small indicator plate, a slot for the installation of a Class II insulation terminal board with or without fuse and a 3/4” GAS threaded bush welded to the top.
The cast iron post is made up of a number of elements that are fitted over
each other so as to prevent water infiltration. The elements are as follows:
Base element height 83 cm, with an octagonal plinth , a cylindrical central section with an inspection hatch and a cymatium
Second element height 46 cm (lower diam. 24 cm, central diam. 23 cm, top diam. 19.5 cm) decorated with leaves.
Third element height 118 cm, tapered (lower diam. 14 cm) and decorated with eight flutes.
Fourth element height 137 cm, tapered (top diam. 12.5 cm) and decorated with eight flutes, one torus at the bottom and two at the top
Fifth element height 23 cm (central diam. 24 cm), in the form of a capital decorated with leaves.
The above elements are all cast as single pieces.
The total height of these first five elements is 60 cm.

Surface protection
GENERAL INFORMATION ON SURFACE PROTECTION
All products undergo surface treatment and painting cycles calibrated according to the constituent material, product type, and final intended use.
Cast iron and aluminum surfaces are duly prepared by mechanical sandblasting or chemical pretreatment to ensure proper adhesion and protection of the coating.
Steel surfaces are protected by anti-corrosion treatments appropriate for the product's geometry and installation environment.
The coating is applied using a 5P cycle (thermosetting powder coating with electrostatic application) or a 3P cycle (spray painting with anti-corrosion primer and finish), depending on the substrate and performance requirements.
Standard finish: antique black, Eurocomitalia type.
Any color from the RAL Classic chart is available upon request.
