Description

Giglio 90-litre capacity waste bin with lid for classic urban furniture.
Ideal for public and private gardens, parks, and play areas.
The bin features a STRONGPLAST cladding (made of 30 x 50 x 700h mm slats) and a steel support structure.
Bin dimensions: 440 mm diameter, 1000 mm height including the cover with ashtray.
Dome-shaped cover with a small integrated ashtray complete with an ash container. The bottom of the ashtray can be opened for emptying.
The profiles are made of STRONGPLAST, a blend of recycled plastics that makes the product 100% ecological with zero environmental impact.
The cladding is held together by two steel rings; the lower one is equipped with brackets for ground anchoring.
Capacity: 70 l; highly resistant to weather and vandalism.
Assembled by fastening the plastic profiles with stainless steel screws.
Waste emptying system:
Slide the bottom of the ashtray to empty it.
After opening the lid, remove and replace the bag.

Surface protection

GENERAL INFORMATION ON SURFACE PROTECTION

All products undergo surface treatment and painting cycles calibrated according to the constituent material, product type, and final intended use.

Cast iron and aluminum surfaces are duly prepared by mechanical sandblasting or chemical pretreatment to ensure proper adhesion and protection of the coating.

Steel surfaces are protected by anti-corrosion treatments appropriate for the product's geometry and installation environment.

The coating is applied using a 5P cycle (thermosetting powder coating with electrostatic application) or a 3P cycle (spray painting with anti-corrosion primer and finish), depending on the substrate and performance requirements.

Standard finish: antique black, Eurocomitalia type.

Any color from the RAL Classic chart is available upon request.
