The Fitness Trail is a sports circuit with varying difficulty levels, featuring several stations set up in green areas for outdoor exercise.

There are 3 different types of trails, specifically designed to develop certain physical abilities:

- EASY Fitness Trail: composed of 12 stations;

- MEDIUM Fitness Trail: composed of 16 stations;

- STRONG Fitness Trail: composed of 22 stations.

Each trail offers a balanced program of physical activities, divided into a series of stations spaced about a hundred meters apart.

Each station features a different type of exercise, indicated on an A3 instruction board mounted on a post matching the equipment. Exercises can be performed using your own body weight or with the help of the equipment provided along the trail.

You move between stations at a light jogging pace (which provides the strong aerobic component of the Fitness Trail), breathing deeply for better movement coordination.

The Fitness Trail is suitable for everyone (children, adults, seniors, athletes, and beginners), as the exercise program can be adapted to each individual's specific condition and abilities.

Using the Fitness Trail regularly contributes to a healthy revitalization of the body.
