Description

Country Style Fence in Steel and Strongplast - post-consumer recycled plastic.
Ideal for public and private gardens, parks, and playgrounds.
Can also be used to enclose recycling areas.
Above-ground height: 1000 mm, plus an additional 200 mm for in-ground installation. Length: 2000 mm.
Constructed with 80x80 mm brown-painted steel posts that support custom-shaped profiles (as per drawing) made from Strongplast, a mixture of recycled plastics. The profiles are secured with a steel C-channel reinforcement. This composition makes the product 100% ecological with zero environmental impact.
Highly resistant to weathering and vandalism.
Assembled by fastening the plastic profiles with stainless steel screws.

GENERAL INFORMATION ON STRONGPLAST MATERIAL
The material colors, including those shown in photos and technical documentation, are purely indicative and depend on the availability of STRONGPLAST profile colors at the time of production.
All steel parts used in STRONGPLAST structures are adequately protected.
All parts are joined by stainless steel screws embedded in the structure.
All STRONGPLAST products, including play equipment and furniture, have no protruding parts, either in plastic or any other material.
STRONGPLAST is maintenance-free, vandal-proof, does not yellow, is weather-resistant, and fire-retardant.
All playground products are certified according to the UNI EN 1176 standard.
Products made of STRONGPLAST are CAM certified (Minimum Environmental Criteria).

Surface protection

GENERAL INFORMATION ON SURFACE PROTECTION

All products undergo surface treatment and painting cycles calibrated according to the constituent material, product type, and final intended use.

Cast iron and aluminum surfaces are duly prepared by mechanical sandblasting or chemical pretreatment to ensure proper adhesion and protection of the coating.

Steel surfaces are protected by anti-corrosion treatments appropriate for the product's geometry and installation environment.

The coating is applied using a 5P cycle (thermosetting powder coating with electrostatic application) or a 3P cycle (spray painting with anti-corrosion primer and finish), depending on the substrate and performance requirements.

Standard finish: antique black, Eurocomitalia type.

Any color from the RAL Classic chart is available upon request.
