Arco Smart E-bike Shelter with Rain Protection and Solar-Powered Charging Station

Modern Arco SMART five-space shelter for e-bikes and scooters, equipped with a charging station fully powered by photovoltaics, and a roof made of cellular polycarbonate and PMMA.

Structure composed of:
Straight and arch-bent steel tubes (diameter 76 and 60 mm).
The roof is made of a double-protected, ribbed cellular polycarbonate panel, resistant to UV rays and reinforced by a steel frame on the lower part;
a transparent PMMA sheet on the upper part encases and protects the solar panels; the back of the roof features a channel for water drainage.

The front section is designed to accommodate a five-space electric bike or scooter rack module made of steel. Extending horizontally in the center of the shelter is the PLUG module, consisting of a 200 x 200 mm section tube, containing two protected 220V Schuko sockets and three 42/48V stations with various connectors for charging electric bikes and scooters.

Each PLUG module includes two Schuko sockets and three 42/48V charging modules for e-bikes or scooters. Users can conveniently park their e-bike or scooter while it charges. A side box contains the electronic equipment.

Fixing and Maintenance:
The feet are prepared for anchoring with M10 steel bolts. The smart module is removable and can be sent for maintenance without needing to dismantle the entire structure. ZERO WIRE SYSTEM means no wiring of any kind is required. Just place it in a sunny spot, and the self-powered shelter will provide all its services via its solar panel.
