The plate is generally made of an aluminum support designed to fit the structure it needs to adapt to.
The kit fits perfectly into the existing fixture, preserving the historical and cultural value of the lantern. At the same time, it allows you to leverage the benefits of modern technology and enjoy the resulting energy savings.
The kit's application requires no structural modifications to the lamp and can be carried out easily and quickly.

The Retrofit unit is mounted on the plate.

Optics:
Consists of a single aluminum block that ensures dissipation of the heat emitted by the LED diode.
Optics based on IP67 rated, UV-resistant, and IK10 impact-resistant molded lenses, with high-precision collimators for concentrating the light beam.
The circuit is coated with a special insulating powder that increases protection against electrostatic discharges.
IP67 optics with a watertight gasket are mounted on the heat sink structure to protect the LED circuits.
The entire LED engine is secured to the lower body of the lamp with six M4 stainless steel screws.
This design allows the LED engine to be easily removed for any maintenance operations.
Next to the LED engine, a support for the IP66 CL II or CL I driver is mounted, also fixed to the structure with stainless steel screws, making the entire assembly easily removable and separate from the LED engine.
All electrical connections are placed around the lower structure, well-insulated, including two plugs: one to disconnect the LED engine from the driver, and one to disconnect the driver from the mains.

For each specific need, the type of LED wiring and its light distribution is calculated based on the street and specific requirements.
Decay curves, photometric curves, and all technical parameters necessary for design are available for the specific Retrofit.

The support for the LED engine is designed and built on a case-by-case basis, depending on the fixture it will be mounted on and the needs of the designer and the end client.
