Lampara 630 Aluminum Lantern with E-Light LED Technology

Structure composed of:

Central body with shape, measurements, and moldings as shown in the drawing.

Connection with a 3/4” threaded pipe, to be bolted to the support structure with a sealing gasket for a watertight lock.

The threaded pipe and the bolts at the top of the structure are concealed by an ornamental aluminum bushing.

The lower part consists of an aluminum ring on which the LED engine is mounted.

The ring is hinged to the structure and is closed with a stainless steel screw.

The ring is fitted with a neoprene gasket that guarantees the product a total protection rating of IP65.

 

Optics: 

Made of a single aluminum block that ensures the dissipation of heat emitted by the LED diode.

Optics based on IP67 molded lenses, resistant to UV rays and IK10 impacts, with high-precision collimators to concentrate the light beam.

The circuit is coated with a special insulating powder that increases protection against electrostatic discharges.

The IP67 optics are mounted on the heat sink structure with a watertight gasket to protect the LED circuits. 

The entire LED engine is fixed to the lower body of the lantern with six M4 stainless steel screws.

The LED engine is easily removable for any maintenance operations.

Next to the LED engine, a support for the power driver is mounted, also fixed to the structure with stainless steel screws, making the entire unit easily removable and separate from the LED engine.Around the lower structure, well-insulated, are all the electrical connections, including plugs—one to disconnect the LED engine from the driver and one to disconnect the driver from the mains.
