TPLX5 Pole Top Mount for Luminaires

TPLX5 pole top mount for Luna-type luminaires, code TPLX5, consisting of a double tubular profile measuring 40x25 mm, shaped as per the drawing. 

At the upper end, each tube is welded at a 90° angle to another tube (40x25mm) and finished with a 180° steel arc measuring 30x5mm.

The pole top mount features a central sheet metal plate with a logo. At the end of the arc, there are holes for attaching the luminaire.

In the center of the arc, connecting to the tube, there is a hole for cable routing.

The pole top mount is designed for installation on 76mm diameter poles and is secured to the pole using stainless steel set screws.

Various aesthetic solutions are available for 1, 2, 3, or 4 luminaires, ensuring compliance with current standards.

Thanks to its tilting technology, the system allows the luminaire to be adjusted until it is parallel to the road, even in situations where the pole it is mounted on is not perpendicular to the road (± 30°).

SURFACE PROTECTION

The cast iron surfaces are thoroughly sandblasted before the painting process.

The steel surfaces are galvanized.

The painting process is carried out as follows:

one coat of single-component zinc phosphate primer, followed by a finishing coat of highly protective two-component catalyzed paint.

Standard color is antique black, EUROCOMITALIA type.

Upon request, painting can be done in a custom RAL color specified by the client.
