Cast iron base for an ornate pole, crafted from a single casting.

The circular lower section is connected to the central cylindrical part by a concave-convex element with a frieze decoration.

In the center, a cast iron inspection hatch is designed to house a terminal block on the inside.

The base is finished with a cylindrical strip decorated with three-dimensional circular motifs and an acanthus leaf frieze.

UNI EN 1561 GJL250 cast iron pole, stylishly crafted with circular section body elements.

Height: 2700 mm.

The pole consists of a cylindrical lower base, followed by a conical-cylindrical element, and is decorated with an imposing ornamental flower with acanthus leaves.

The shaft, divided into two parts by a rounded cylindrical strip, is fluted and has a truncated cone section, concluding with a wide, smooth cylindrical band with rounded edges.

The pole head, CODE TP1, is fixed to the steel core with bolts, decorated with long stylized plant elements, and topped by a stepped cylindrical cap decorated with a ribbon-like motif frieze.

Designed for a post-top lantern attachment via a 3/4 GAS threaded pipe, which is also used for securing the cast iron components or for the 400 series tops.

Head height: 180 mm.

Painted in anthracite black or another RAL color upon request.

Measurements, shapes, and moldings are as per the drawing, which is an integral part of the project.

Equipped with an M10 screw for grounding and a 55 mm diameter hole for passing an electrical cable through the inside.

The constituent elements of the pole are made from a single casting.

Top for Skopas type poles, with cast iron and aluminum elements, composed of:

- internal tube for cable passage;

- 3/4 GAS threaded pipe at the top for lantern connection;

- in the center, aluminum attachments for the cast iron pole.

The top has a curved stem and is adorned with floral acanthus scroll motifs that culminate in a stylized chalice at the end.

Structure composed of:

Body with shape, measurements, and moldings as shown in the drawing.

Connection for post-top or suspended version with a 3/4” threaded pipe, to be bolted to the support structure.

In the post-top version, the threaded pipe and the bolts at the top of the structure are hidden by an ornamental aluminum sleeve.

The lower part consists of an aluminum compartment where the LED engine is mounted.

The LED engine is supported to the structure by 4 stainless steel screws.

IP65 LED compartment.

Optics:

Consists of a single aluminum block that ensures the dissipation of heat emitted by the LED diode.

Optics based on LEDiL IP67 molded lenses, resistant to UV rays and IK10 impacts, with high-precision collimators to concentrate the light beam.

The circuit is coated with a special insulating powder that increases protection against electrostatic discharges.

The IP67 optics with a watertight gasket are mounted on the heat dissipation structure to protect the LED circuits.

The entire LED engine is fixed to the lower body of the luminaire with six M4 stainless steel screws.

The LED engine is easily removable for any maintenance operations.

Next to the LED engine is a support for the power supply driver, also fixed to the structure with stainless steel screws, making it easily removable and separate from the LED engine. All electrical connections are placed around the lower structure, well-insulated, including plugs—one to disconnect the LED engine from the driver and one to disconnect the driver from the power grid.

Head for an ornate pole, made from a single casting of cast iron for double or triple arm poles and a top lantern.

The element consists of a cylindrical base topped by a large, rounded floral motif with acanthus leaves.

The smooth cylindrical shaft concludes with a simple circular band.

Designed for mounting on a steel core for poles via a 3/4 GAS threaded pipe, also for attaching 400 series tops.

Furthermore, the element can mount an additional post-top light fixture or a 500 series pastoral arm.
