Made with cast aluminum and steel, styled with circular body elements. Above-ground height is 5500 mm, plus an additional 500 mm embedded in the ground.
The pole's body is made of galvanized steel in a circular section and consists of three parts:
the first part, with a diameter of 152 mm, is 1500 mm high, of which 500 mm are embedded in the ground; the second part is 2900 mm high with a diameter of 89 mm; the last part is 1600 mm long with a diameter of 76 mm.
An inspection door is located on the first section at 700 mm, prepared for the housing of a terminal block inside.
The tapering is adorned with a cast aluminum collar, attached to the pole with set screws.
The pole head, COD TP2, is made from a single cast of aluminum and is fixed to the pole with stainless steel screws.
This pole is suitable for video surveillance in historic centers.
At the base of the pole contact with the ground, there is a protective heat-resistant sheath.
All aluminum elements are made from a single cast.
SURFACE PROTECTION
Cast iron surfaces are suitably sandblasted before the painting process.
Steel surfaces are galvanized.
Painting carried out using the following process:
a coat of single-component zinc phosphate primer followed by a highly protective catalyzed bi-component paint finish.
Standard color is antique black type EUROCOMITALIA.
Custom painting according to client's RAL provided upon request.

Surface protection
GENERAL INFORMATION ON SURFACE PROTECTION
All products undergo surface treatment and painting cycles calibrated according to the constituent material, product type, and final intended use.
Cast iron and aluminum surfaces are duly prepared by mechanical sandblasting or chemical pretreatment to ensure proper adhesion and protection of the coating.
Steel surfaces are protected by anti-corrosion treatments appropriate for the product's geometry and installation environment.
The coating is applied using a 5P cycle (thermosetting powder coating with electrostatic application) or a 3P cycle (spray painting with anti-corrosion primer and finish), depending on the substrate and performance requirements.
Standard finish: antique black, Eurocomitalia type.
Any color from the RAL Classic chart is available upon request.
