Specifications
Cast iron pole crafted in style with circular section body elements, standing 7 meters tall.
The pole consists of a base, with its lower part made up of a wide circular strip supporting the central part, which is also circular and frusto-conical in shape.
At the center, there is a cast iron inspection door designed for housing terminal blocks inside.
The base is topped with a frusto-conical ornament in the shape of a cone. Base height: 800 mm; base width: 390 mm.
The shaft is made of galvanized steel with a circular section, tapered, with a diameter of 102 mm for the first section and 76 mm for the second section.
The shaft is composed of pipes of varying heights, with the first section reaching up to 800 mm for ground embedding or, upon request, with a flange for anchoring.
At the base, there is a protective thermosetting sheath.
The tapering is adorned with collars made of cast iron or aluminum, secured to the pole with nuts.
The pole head is made of cast iron or aluminum, attached to the pole with stainless steel nuts.
The pole is equipped with a single shepherd's crook top in steel, COD 505, made of a tube (diameter 45 mm, thickness 3 mm) curved as per design. Finished with an ornament, bolt cover, and a threaded tube lantern attachment 3/4.
The shepherd's crook is held to the pole by decorative hooks made of aluminum or cast iron.
At the end of the shepherd's crook, there is a lantern COD 622.
Equipped with an M10 screw for grounding and a 55 mm diameter hole for the passage of an electrical cable inside.
All cast iron or aluminum elements are made from a single casting.
PROTECTION OF SURFACES
Cast iron surfaces are properly sandblasted before the painting process.
Steel surfaces are galvanized.
Painting is performed using the following cycle:
one coat of mono-component zinc phosphate primer, one finishing coat of highly protective bi-component catalyzed paint.
Standard color: antiqued black type EUROCOMITALIA.
Where requested, painting according to the customer's RAL is available.
