3-Meter HFT Tapered Steel Pole

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS REF. UNI40

Tapered steel pole, quality S235J UNI EN 10219/1, with a circular cross-section, galvanized according to CE standards. Composed of straight-welded tubes of various heights and diameters to create the different tapers.

Suitable for mounting INNER or TPLuna arms. Above-ground height: 3 meters; foundation depth: 500 mm.

Made with two tapered sections, the first being 2700 mm long and the second 800 mm long.

The tapered sections can be covered with ornamental rings (accessory).

Minimum yield strength 235 N/mm², tensile strength 360/510 N/mm², elongation at break 26%. Dimensional tolerances (UNI EN 40/2 – UNI EN 10219/2).

Each tapered section is welded to the next through a certified process, carried out in the following stages:

- Insertion of steel reinforcements into the larger diameter of the taper;

- Welding the reinforcements in multiple sections;

- Insertion and welding of the second taper into the first;

- A cap made from galvanized steel sheet is welded to the first taper.

At the base of the pole, there is a 50x150 mm slot for routing cables to the junction box, created using a plasma cutting process, and a screw for grounding.

On the first section of the pole, there is an additional 186x45 mm slot, also created by plasma cutting, which houses a 4-pole/3-way terminal block (wire cross-section 1.5÷16 mm²) and a locking inspection door.

The base of the pole is also equipped with a protective thermosetting sheath.
