4-Meter HFT Tapered Steel Pole

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS REF. UNI40

Tapered pole in S235J quality steel (UNI EN 10219/1) with a circular cross-section, galvanized according to CE standards. Composed of straight-welded tubes of various heights and diameters to create the different tapers.

Suitable for mounting INNER or TPLuna arms. Above-ground height: 4 meters; foundation depth: 500 mm.

Constructed with two tapers: the first is 2700 mm long, and the second is 1800 mm long.

The tapers can be covered with ornamental rings (optional accessory).

Minimum yield strength: 235 N/mm², tensile strength: 360/510 N/mm², elongation at break: 26%. Dimensional tolerances conform to UNI EN 40/2 – UNI EN 10219/2.

Each taper is welded to the next through a certified process involving the following steps:

- Insertion of steel reinforcements into the larger diameter of the taper;

- Welding the reinforcements in multiple sections;

- Inserting and welding the second taper into the first;

- A cap made from galvanized steel sheet is welded to the first taper section.

At the base of the pole, there is a 50x150 mm slot for cable entry from the junction box, created via plasma cutting, and a grounding screw.

On the lower section of the pole, there is an additional 186x45 mm plasma-cut slot, which houses a 4-pole/3-way terminal block (for 1.5-16 mm² wires) and is covered by a locking access door.

The base of the pole is also protected by a heat-shrink sleeve.
