Ideal panel for creating perimeters for recycling and waste collection areas, made with STRONGPLAST - Plasmix profiles.
Above-ground height of the panel is 1500 mm.
It consists of:
- steel support posts, 2000 mm long (500 mm for in-ground installation), with a PVC cap on top;
- a 40 x 20 mm angle iron support crossbar, drilled and ready for bolting on the STRONGPLAST - Plasmix recycled plastic profiles (dimensions 90 x 30 x 1470h mm), which are chamfered at the top.
Each panel is supplied in 2-meter modules (center-to-center), connected by M8 bolts. The module is designed for installation directly into the ground or with a flange for surface mounting.

STRONGPLAST Specifications

GENERAL INFORMATION ON STRONGPLAST MATERIAL
The material colors, including those shown in photos and technical documentation, are purely indicative and depend on the availability of STRONGPLAST profile colors at the time of production.
All steel parts used in STRONGPLAST structures are adequately protected.
All parts are joined by stainless steel screws embedded in the structure.
All STRONGPLAST products, including play equipment and furniture, have no protruding parts, either in plastic or any other material.
STRONGPLAST is maintenance-free, vandal-proof, does not yellow, is weather-resistant, and fire-retardant.
All playground products are certified according to the UNI EN 1176 standard.
Products made of STRONGPLAST are CAM certified (Minimum Environmental Criteria).

All screws, bolts, and other fastening accessories are generally supplied in stainless steel.

Surface protection

GENERAL INFORMATION ON SURFACE PROTECTION

All products undergo surface treatment and painting cycles calibrated according to the constituent material, product type, and final intended use.

Cast iron and aluminum surfaces are duly prepared by mechanical sandblasting or chemical pretreatment to ensure proper adhesion and protection of the coating.

Steel surfaces are protected by anti-corrosion treatments appropriate for the product's geometry and installation environment.

The coating is applied using a 5P cycle (thermosetting powder coating with electrostatic application) or a 3P cycle (spray painting with anti-corrosion primer and finish), depending on the substrate and performance requirements.

Standard finish: antique black, Eurocomitalia type.

Any color from the RAL Classic chart is available upon request.
