Made with a 3cm black SBR layer + 1cm RED coated SBR top layer. H.I.C. 1.3m. Sub-base screed excluded.
Applications: public and private gardens, schools, playgrounds.
Function: to absorb the impact of a fall from a specific height.
Composition: recycled rubber granules from end-of-life tires.
Compliant with EN11177, EN1021-1, EN1021-2, EN 71-3.

PREPARATION BY THE CLIENT:
1- Mechanical excavation and/or clearing to a maximum depth of 15 cm;
2- Preparation of a smoothed and leveled gravel screed or concrete with welded wire mesh;
3- Preparation of a suitable sub-layer for pouring.
INSTALLATION PROCESS:
1 - Cold-poured base layer of controlled grain size (6-9.5 mm) natural black rubber granules (recycled caoutchouc) with the addition of 20% rubber filaments, bound with a single-component polyurethane resin; finished thickness 30 mm;
2 - Creation of a surface wear layer through continuous, seamless cold pouring at a constant density over the entire surface, made of mass-colored virgin rubber granules (2-4 mm grain size) composed of 70% red and a maximum of 30% black granules of the same size, UVA-UVB stabilized and bound with a single-component polyurethane resin.
Spread with metal straightedges, special screeds, and perfectly smoothed.
