Arco Smart E-bike Shelter with Rain Protection and Solar-Powered Charging Station

Modern Arco SMART five-space shelter for e-bikes and scooters, equipped with a fully solar-powered charging station, honeycomb polycarbonate and PMMA roof.

Structure composed of:
Straight and arch-bent steel tubes (diameter 76 and 60 mm).
The roof is made of a dual-protected, ribbed honeycomb polycarbonate panel, which is UV-resistant and reinforced by a steel frame on the underside;
a transparent PMMA sheet on the upper side embeds and protects the solar panels; the back of the roof features a channel for water drainage.

The front section is designed to accommodate a five-space steel rack module for electric bikes or scooters. In the center of the shelter, the PLUG module extends horizontally, consisting of a 200 x 200 mm tubular section containing two protected 220V Schuko sockets and three 42/48V stations for charging electric bikes and scooters with various connectors.

Each PLUG module includes two Schuko sockets and three 42/48V charging modules for e-bikes or scooters. Users can comfortably park their e-bike or scooter while it charges. An electronics enclosure is located on the side.

Fixing and Maintenance:
The feet are pre-drilled for anchoring with M10 steel bolts. The smart module is removable and can be sent for maintenance without needing to dismantle the entire structure. ZERO WIRE SYSTEM, meaning no wiring of any kind is required. Simply place it in a sunny location, and the solar-powered shelter will provide all its services.
