A smart pole for lighting and device charging, featuring a 300W photovoltaic head. This pole can be installed in areas without access to the electrical grid.
It can be used in various configurations to provide a wide range of services to users.
Thanks to its high power output, the pole can supply energy to any external device such as cameras, IoT devices, help care stations, and more.
The pole is composed of:
A cylindrical load-bearing steel column, 133 mm in diameter and 6 mm thick.
At a height of 1080 mm, a small table made of press-braked sheet metal.
The pole is topped with a photovoltaic head featuring an adjustable joint, secured with threaded bars passing through the pole's structure.
At the base of the pole, just above the table, there is an accessory screwed to the pole with security screws, which includes 4 USB-C ports for charging devices up to 2A.
These ports are covered and protected from the elements by a watertight closing device.
Installation is done by embedding the pole 800 mm into the masonry.
Features of the pole head:
Equipped with two 150W panels in series, for a total of 300W of power.
Equipped with two 50Ah lithium batteries, for a total of 100Ah.
Equipped with a SMART charge controller up to 100A, ready for monitoring and control, including via the VIVA SMART system.

Surface protectionGENERAL INFORMATION ON SURFACE PROTECTION
All products undergo surface treatment and painting cycles calibrated according to the constituent material, product type, and final intended use.
Cast iron and aluminum surfaces are duly prepared by mechanical sandblasting or chemical pretreatment to ensure proper adhesion and protection of the coating.
Steel surfaces are protected by anti-corrosion treatments appropriate for the product's geometry and installation environment.
The coating is applied using a 5P cycle (thermosetting powder coating with electrostatic application) or a 3P cycle (spray painting with anti-corrosion primer and finish), depending on the substrate and performance requirements.
Standard finish: antique black, Eurocomitalia type.
Any color from the RAL Classic chart is available upon request.
