Pole for TpLuna TPLX1 with Signora Lamp

Tapered lighting pole for TpLuna, made of galvanized and painted steel. 

The pole consists of tapered sections with a base diameter of 89 mm and a top diameter of 76 mm.

The base of the pole is equipped with an access door and a Class II terminal block.

At the top of the pole is a TPLX1 pole head for Luna-type lamps, made from a 40x25 mm tubular profile, shaped as per the drawing. 

At the upper end, the tubular section is welded at a 90° angle to another tubular section (40x25mm) and finished with a 180° steel circle measuring 30x5mm.

At the end of the circle, there are holes for mounting the lamp.

In the center of the circle, connected to the tubular section, is a hole for cable routing.

The pole head is designed for mounting on 76 mm diameter poles and is secured to the pole with stainless steel grub screws.

Light source: "Signora" lamp, code 628.3H3K, light point height of 4 m. 

All cables from the light source to the terminal block are routed and protected inside the pole structure.

A protective heat-shrink sheath is applied at the base of the pole where it meets ground level.

Foundation-mounted, embedded 800 mm below ground level.

The embedded section of the pole features a slot for cable passage to the junction box and a hole at ground level for earthing.

SURFACE PROTECTION 

Cast iron surfaces are thoroughly sandblasted before the painting process.

Steel surfaces are galvanized.

The painting process is as follows:

one coat of single-component zinc phosphate primer, followed by a finishing coat of highly protective two-component catalyzed paint.

Standard color: antique black (EUROCOMITALIA type).

Custom RAL colors are available upon request.
