The plate generally consists of an aluminum support designed based on the structure it needs to adapt to.
The kit fits perfectly into the existing fixture, preserving the historical and cultural value of the lantern while leveraging the benefits of modern technology and enjoying the energy savings it provides.
The kit's application does not require structural modifications to the lamp and is completed easily in a short time.

The Refitting group is mounted on the plate.
The refitting ensures exceptional performance thanks to the use of high-quality components.

Optics:
Made from a single block of aluminum that ensures heat dissipation emitted by the LED diode.
Optics based on IP67 stamped lenses, resistant to UV rays and IK10 impact, with high-precision collimators for the concentration of the light beam.
The circuit is coated with a special insulating powder that increases protection from electrostatic discharges.
On the heat dissipation structure, IP67 optics with a watertight seal are mounted to protect the LED circuits.
The entire LED engine is attached to the lower body of the lamp through six M4 stainless steel screws.
This way, the LED engine remains easily removable for maintenance operations.
Next to the LED engine, a support for the IP66 CL II or CL I driver is mounted, also fixed to the structure with stainless steel screws, making it easily removable and separate from the LED engine.
Surrounding the lower structure, all electrical connections are well insulated, including two plugs, one for detaching the LED engine from the driver, and one for disconnecting the driver from the electrical network.

For each adaptive need, the type of LED wiring and corresponding light emission is calculated based on the road and specific requirements.
Specific decay curves, photometric curves, and all necessary technical parameters for the design are available for Retrofit.

The support for the LED engine is designed and constructed each time based on the fixture it must be mounted on and also based on the needs of the designer and the end customer.
