Extra-Large Cast Iron Pole with Type 090 Base and Bernini Shepherd's Crook Finial, Total Height 8 meters

Stylishly crafted cast iron pole with circular section body elements.

Total height of the cast iron part: 3940 mm.

The pole consists of a base whose octagonal lower part is connected to the cylindrical central part by a stepped conical-cylindrical element.

In the center, there is a cast iron inspection hatch designed to house a terminal block inside.

The base is finished with a double cylindrical strip.

Base height: 850 mm.

Base width: 400 mm.

The shaft has a cylindrical lower part, followed by a conical-cylindrical element, and is decorated with an imposing ornamental flower with acanthus leaves.

The central part of the shaft, divided into two parts by a cylindrical strip, is fluted and has a truncated cone section, concluding with a wide, smooth cylindrical band with rounded edges.

The upper part continues with a 76 mm diameter steel pole up to a height of 6.5 meters, then transitions to a 60 mm diameter tube for the final section to reach a total height of 8 meters.

The top features a Bernini-style single shepherd's crook finial, with ornaments, a scroll, and a tulip in aluminum or cast iron, consisting of:

- A galvanized steel or cast iron tube, bent into a semicircular arch and decorated with characteristic tulip-shaped floral elements as per the design;

- At the base of the tube, a pinecone-shaped cast iron ornament;

- At the top, an ornate lantern fitting with a 3/4" GAS threaded pipe. 

 

The shepherd's crook is attached to the pole by ornamental hooks in aluminum or cast iron and is decorated in the center with acanthus scroll motifs and a large open flower. The crook is designed for attachment to poles with a diameter of 60, 70, or 89 mm, depending on customer requirements or the type of pole on which it will be installed. 

 

Basic dimensions of the shepherd's crook: 

Width 810 mm, height 1300 mm. 

Made with a 45 mm diameter, 3 mm thick steel tube. Other sizes and dimensions are available upon customer request. 

Painted in anthracite black or another RAL color upon request.

 

A classic square suspended lantern 602030 with E-light optics is mounted on top.

 

E-light 76W LED optics - 9483lm - 3k - asymmetric optics.

Base protection against atmospheric discharges 6 kV.

Power driver with dimming and control capabilities. 

Power consumption, color temperature, and wiring available in various types.

 

Structure composed of:

Body with shape, measurements, and moldings as shown in the drawing.

Fitting for post-top or suspended version with a 3/4” threaded pipe, to be bolted to the support structure.

In the post-top version, the threaded pipe and the bolts at the top of the structure are hidden by an ornamental aluminum sleeve.

The lower part consists of an aluminum housing where the LED engine is mounted.

The LED engine is supported to the structure by 4 stainless steel screws.

IP65 LED housing.

 

Optics: 

Consists of a single aluminum block that ensures the dissipation of heat emitted by the LED diode.

Optics based on IP67 molded lenses, resistant to UV rays and IK10 impacts, with high-precision collimators for concentrating the light beam.

The circuit is coated with a special insulating powder that increases protection against electrostatic discharges.

The IP67 optics with a watertight gasket for protecting the LED circuits are mounted on the heat dissipation structure. 

The entire LED engine is fixed to the lower body of the lamp with six M4 stainless steel screws.

The LED engine is easily removable for any maintenance operations.

Next to the LED engine, a support for the power driver is mounted, also fixed to the structure with stainless steel screws, making it easily removable and separate from the LED engine. Around the lower structure, well-insulated, are all the electrical connections, including plugs, one for disconnecting the LED engine from the driver and one for disconnecting the driver from the power grid.
