Aluminum road armor, suitable for classic installations requiring street lighting, featuring FULL CUT-OFF type, LED optics with E-light technology.
Basic protection from atmospheric discharges up to 6 kV, extendable to 10kV.
OT type power driver with dimming and control options as per technical specifications.
Available in various types of power absorption, color temperature, and wiring.
Structure consists of:
central body with shape, dimensions, and moldings as per the provided design. Connection with 3/4” threaded tube, to be bolted to the support structure with a sealing ring for watertight locking.
The threaded tube and the bolts at the top of the structure are concealed by an ornamental aluminum sleeve. The lower part consists of an aluminum ring where the LED engine is mounted.
The ring is hinged to the structure and is closed using a stainless steel screw.
The ring mounts a neoprene seal ensuring the product's total IP65 protection grade.
Optics:
Made of a single aluminum block that ensures heat dissipation emitted by the LED diode.
Optics based on LEDiL IP67 lenses, UV and impact resistant IK10, with high precision collimators for concentrating the light beam.
The circuit is coated with a special insulating powder that increases protection against electrostatic discharges.
IP67 optics with a watertight seal are mounted on the heat dissipation structure to protect the LED circuits.
All the LED engine is fixed to the lower body of the lamp via six M4 stainless steel screws.
This way, the LED engine remains easily removable for maintenance operations.
Next to the LED engine, an OT IP66 CL II driver support is mounted, also attached to the structure with stainless steel screws, making it easily removable and separated from the LED engine.
Around the lower structure, all electrical connections are well insulated, including two plugs, one for disconnecting the LED engine from the driver, one for disconnecting the driver from the electrical network.
Painted in anthracite black or any other RAL color upon request.
