Smart Case for VIVA SMART bench - solar-powered.
The Smart module is designed to be mounted on any structure that can accommodate it.
General technical features:
Made of 3mm thick pressed sheet metal.
SMART charging module equipped with MPPT technology with a photovoltaic panel and batteries embedded in the structure;
Module features:
Equipped with USB ports for charging devices up to 2A and a built-in wireless QI technology charger up to 20W;
Neutral white LED backlighting system;
Includes local management and control system via WIFI connection or in the CLOUD via a portal;
Temperature, humidity, device charge and discharge sensors, weather sensors with an automatic standby system in case of prolonged lack of solar radiation;
Self-management and error prediction system with automatic reports.
Internet connection via 4G LTE network using a data card (not supplied) or via LAN or WIFI REPEATER;
Customization of the HOTSPOT access point with social media tool integration and the option for advertising placements at an additional cost;
Integration with a GDPR-compliant HOTSPOT PORTAL with customization of user privileges and pages, system management at an additional cost;
Additional power supply via a high-efficiency Tempering charger managed by an energy-saving system modulated according to the solar panel's efficiency;
Installation and maintenance:
The module can be embedded in any structure; the side features an outlet for the various connectors.
The surfaces are duly protected by a 5P cycle and powder-coated.

InfoSensor: Environmental information from sensors such as temperature and humidity, device charge and discharge, energy production, instantaneous and long-term consumption, self-check with error prediction and reports.
VivaDirect: Direct access to information and control via WIFI in the vicinity of the station.
VivaPortal: Remote management and control portal in the Cloud (requires an internet connection, not supplied).
Photovoltaic module: Monocrystalline PERC 60W power.

VIVA Products - Description
The VIVA SMART system is based on ZERO WIRE SYSTEM technology: no wiring required.
Simply place the product in an area exposed to sunlight, and the integrated photovoltaic panel will ensure self-sufficiency for all available services, including device charging via USB ports and wireless technology.

- consult real-time information on traffic, air quality, weather conditions, and much more

Through a cloud connection, the VIVA PORTAL software allows for centralized remote management of the entire network of stations, on any device and at any time.

- monitoring of battery charge status
- collection of weather and environmental data
- monitoring of device charge and discharge cycles
- predictive anomaly detection and error reporting system


Surface protection
GENERAL INFORMATION ON SURFACE PROTECTION
All products undergo surface treatment and painting cycles calibrated according to the constituent material, product type, and final intended use.
Cast iron and aluminum surfaces are duly prepared by mechanical sandblasting or chemical pretreatment to ensure proper adhesion and protection of the coating.
Steel surfaces are protected by anti-corrosion treatments appropriate for the product's geometry and installation environment.
The coating is applied using a 5P cycle (thermosetting powder coating with electrostatic application) or a 3P cycle (spray painting with anti-corrosion primer and finish), depending on the substrate and performance requirements.
Standard finish: antique black, Eurocomitalia type.
Any color from the RAL Classic chart is available upon request.
