SPIDER Castle in Strongplast - Post-Consumer Recycled Plastic

SPIDER 4-tower combination castle, consisting of:

- 2 Small turrets;

- 2 Large roofless turrets;

- Access ladder;

- Climbing wall;

- 2 Rope bridges.

All load-bearing structures are made of fully reinforced STRONGPLAST poles, created using a mixture of recycled plastics from post-consumer waste without any added virgin or industrial scrap recyclable polymer. The pole is extruded through a hot injection process, with an internal steel reinforcement made of a 30x30 mm galvanized tube up to 4 mm thick. No subsequent surface reinforcement is necessary. Screws and handrails are made of steel.

All steel parts are powder-coated using the Eurocomitalia 5P standard cycle with a minimum thickness of 90 microns.

All parts are joined by stainless steel screws embedded within the structure.

The playset has no protruding parts, whether plastic or any other material.

It is maintenance-free, anti-vandal, non-yellowing, weatherproof, and fire-retardant.

Recommended age: 7 - 12 Years.
