Spillo Series LED Lighting Pole

SPILLO series LED lighting pole, constructed from a single 89 mm diameter section and equipped with a thermosetting protective sheath at the base.

Features an access door and CL II terminal block.

A fork for the 636 lantern is fitted at the top of the pole.

LED optics with e-light technology.

Surge protection against atmospheric discharges up to 9 kV (common mode).

Lantern Structure composed of:

A central body with the shape, dimensions, and mouldings as shown in the drawing, featuring a fork arm for fitting onto 89 mm diameters.

The lower part of the luminaire, mounted on the fork, consists of an aluminium ring where the LED modules are installed. The ring is equipped with an easy-to-use bayonet locking system for maintenance operations. The ring is fitted with a neoprene gasket, ensuring the product has a total protection rating of IP65.

The fork is directly attached to the aluminium ring of the LED modules.

The fork's structure is hollow to allow for internal cable routing.

Additionally, the fork can accommodate a height adjustment system of +/- 10 cm (optional).

Optics:

Composed of a single aluminium block that guarantees the dissipation of heat emitted by the LED diode.

Optics based on moulded IP67 lenses, resistant to UV rays and IK10 impacts, with high-precision collimators to concentrate the light beam.

The circuit is coated with a special insulating powder that enhances protection against electrostatic discharges.

The IP67 optics, complete with a watertight gasket, are mounted on the heat dissipation structure to protect the LED circuits.

The entire LED engine is secured to the lower body of the lantern using six M4 stainless steel screws.

This design allows the LED engine to be easily removed for any maintenance operations.

Next to the LED engine, a mount for the IP66 CL II driver is installed, also secured to the structure with stainless steel screws, making the entire unit easily removable and separate from the LED engine.

All electrical connections are well-insulated and located around the lower structure, including two plugs: one to disconnect the LED engine from the driver, and another to disconnect the driver from the mains power.

All cables from the light source to the terminal block are routed and protected inside the pole's structure.

At the base of the pole, where it contacts ground level, there is a protective thermosetting sheath.

To be fixed into the foundation 500 mm below ground level.

The part of the pole fixed in the foundation is equipped with a slot for cable passage to the junction box and a hole at ground level for earthing.
