Pole Top Mount for Luminaires TPLX4

Pole top mount for Luna-type luminaires, code TPLX4, made from a 40x25 mm tubular profile, shaped as shown in the drawing. 

At the upper end, the tube is welded at a 90° angle to another tube (40x25mm) and finished with a 180° steel semi-circle measuring 30x5mm.

The pole top mount features a central sheet metal plate with a logo. At the end of the semi-circle, there are holes for attaching the luminaire.

In the center of the semi-circle, connecting to the tube, there is a hole for cable routing.

The pole top mount is designed for installation on 76mm diameter poles and is secured with stainless steel grub screws.

Thanks to its tilting technology, the system allows the luminaire to be adjusted parallel to the road, even when the pole it is mounted on is not perpendicular to the road (up to ±30°).

SURFACE PROTECTION 

Cast iron surfaces are thoroughly sandblasted before the painting process.

Steel surfaces are galvanized.

The painting process is as follows:

one coat of single-component zinc phosphate primer, followed by a finishing coat of highly protective two-component catalyzed paint.

Standard color: EUROCOMITALIA antique black.

Custom RAL colors are available upon request.

Screws and accessories are made of stainless steel.
