The VITA Pathway is a sports route with varying levels of difficulty, consisting of different stations in green areas for outdoor exercises.
There are 3 different types of pathways specifically designed to develop certain physical capabilities:
- VITA Pathway EASY: consisting of 12 stations;
- VITA Pathway MEDIUM: consisting of 16 stations;
- VITA Pathway STRONG: consisting of 22 stations.
Each pathway includes a balanced program of physical activities divided into stages spaced about a hundred meters apart.
Each station features a different type of exercise, indicated on an illustrative panel (in A3 format mounted on a matching signpost), to be performed using body weight or with the aid of equipment provided along the route.
The stations are reached at a light jogging pace (hence the strong aerobic component of the VITA Pathway), breathing deeply for better coordination of movement.
The VITA Pathway is suitable for everyone (children, adults, seniors, athletes and non-athletes alike), as it allows for the exercise program to be adapted to the specific conditions and capabilities of each individual.
Regular use of the VITA Pathway contributes to the healthy invigoration of the body.
