N° 2 trapezoidal side supports made from 3mm thick sheet metal;
Seat and backrest made with STRONGPLAST (recycled plastic) profiles, 120 x 40 mm section, bolted to the seat and backrest supports;
SMART charging module with MPPT technology, featuring a monocrystalline PERC photovoltaic panel and batteries embedded within the bench's structure;

Fixing and Maintenance:The trapezoidal feet are designed for anchoring with M10 steel bolts.The smart module is removable and can be sent for maintenance without needing to remove the entire bench.The surfaces are duly protected by a 5P treatment cycle and are powder-coated.

STRONGPLAST Specifications
GENERAL INFORMATION ON STRONGPLAST MATERIAL
The material colors, including those shown in photos and technical documentation, are purely indicative and depend on the availability of STRONGPLAST profile colors at the time of production.
All steel parts used in STRONGPLAST structures are adequately protected.
All parts are joined by stainless steel screws embedded in the structure.
All STRONGPLAST products, including play equipment and furniture, have no protruding parts, either in plastic or any other material.
STRONGPLAST is maintenance-free, vandal-proof, does not yellow, is weather-resistant, and fire-retardant.
All playground products are certified according to the UNI EN 1176 standard.
Products made of STRONGPLAST are CAM certified (Minimum Environmental Criteria).

Surface protection
GENERAL INFORMATION ON SURFACE PROTECTION
All products undergo surface treatment and painting cycles calibrated according to the constituent material, product type, and final intended use.
Cast iron and aluminum surfaces are duly prepared by mechanical sandblasting or chemical pretreatment to ensure proper adhesion and protection of the coating.
Steel surfaces are protected by anti-corrosion treatments appropriate for the product's geometry and installation environment.
The coating is applied using a 5P cycle (thermosetting powder coating with electrostatic application) or a 3P cycle (spray painting with anti-corrosion primer and finish), depending on the substrate and performance requirements.
Standard finish: antique black, Eurocomitalia type.
Any color from the RAL Classic chart is available upon request.

All screws, bolts, and other fastening accessories are generally supplied in stainless steel.
