Classic city furniture type ZENA, composed of:
2 side supports made of shaped sheet metal using laser technology, thickness 60/10 equipped with a rectangular plate for anchoring to the ground;
Seat and backrest made with 1 wooden slat measuring 120 x 35 mm and 2 wooden slats measuring 90 x 35 mm, length 1700 mm;
Finish:
The painting of the feet is carried out through the following process: one coat of monocomponent primer with zinc phosphate, followed by one coat of highly protective two-component catalyzed paint.
Standard color is antique black like EUROCOMITALIA.
Upon request, it is possible to apply paint according to the customer’s RAL color.
The wooden slats are treated with a special ECOPLUS paint by EUROCOMITALIA in dark walnut or mahogany color, suitable for UV resistance and weather protection.
Fixing:
The ground foot is designed for anchoring, using an M10 steel bolt.

WOOD ELEMENTS FINISH
The wooden elements are pre-treated and prepared before painting, then finished with Eurocomitalia's special ECOPLUS coating, formulated to ensure high resistance to ultraviolet rays and weathering. The colour is selected according to the specific product from the available shades, such as walnut, dark walnut or other suitable finish.
GENERAL INFORMATION ON SURFACE PROTECTION
All products undergo surface treatment and painting cycles calibrated according to the constituent material, product type, and final intended use.
Cast iron and aluminum surfaces are duly prepared by mechanical sandblasting or chemical pretreatment to ensure proper adhesion and protection of the coating.
Steel surfaces are protected by anti-corrosion treatments appropriate for the product's geometry and installation environment.
The coating is applied using a 5P cycle (thermosetting powder coating with electrostatic application) or a 3P cycle (spray painting with anti-corrosion primer and finish), depending on the substrate and performance requirements.
Standard finish: antique black, Eurocomitalia type.
Any color from the RAL Classic chart is available upon request.
