Il Percorso Vita è un itinerario sportivo a difficoltà differenziata, composto da diverse stazioni all'interno di aree verdi per compiere esercizi all'aria aperta.
Esistono 3 diversi tipi di percorso studiati a appositamente per sviluppare determinate capacità fisiche :
- Percorso vita EASY : composto da 12 stazioni;
- Percorso vita MEDIUM : composto da 16 stazioni;
- Percorso vita STRONG : composto da 22 stazioni.
Ogni percorso prevede un equilibrato programma di attività motorie suddiviso in una serie di tappe distanziate tra loro da circa un centinaio di metri.
Ogni stazione presenta un tipo diverso di esercizio, indicato sul pannello illustrativo (in formato A3 e montato su palina abbinata all'attrezzo), da eseguire a corpo libero oppure con l'ausilio di attrezzature fornite appositamente lungo il percorso.
Le stazioni si raggiungono ad un leggero passo di corsa (da qui la forte componente aerobica del Percorso Vita), respirando profondamente per una migliore coordinazione del movimento.
Il Percorso Vita è praticabile da tutti (bambini, adulti, anziani, atleti e non), in quanto permette l'adattamento del programma di esercizi alle specifiche condizioni e possibilità di ognuno.
La frequenza regolare del Percorso VITA contribuisce ad un salutare rinvigorimento dell'organismo.
