A stylistically crafted cast iron pole with circular section body elements, 7 meters in height.
The pole features a base whose lower part consists of a wide circular band supporting the central section, which is also circular and has a truncated cone shape.
In the center, there is a cast iron inspection door designed to house a terminal block inside.
The base is finished with a cone-shaped, truncated-cone ornament. Base height: 800 mm; base width: 390 mm.
The shaft is made of tapered, circular-section steel, with a diameter of 102 mm for the first section and 76 mm for the second.
The shaft is composed of tubes of various heights, with the first section extending up to 800 mm for direct ground installation or, upon request, with a flange for anchoring.
A thermosetting protective sheath is fitted at the base.
The taper is adorned with cast iron or aluminum collars, secured to the pole with grub screws.
The pole top is made of cast iron or aluminum and is fixed to the pole with stainless steel grub screws.
The pole is equipped with a single steel shepherd's crook arm, COD 505, made from a semi-circularly curved steel tube (45 mm diameter, 3 mm thickness) as per the design. It is finished with an ornament, a bolt cover, and a 3/4 threaded pipe fitting for the lantern.
The shepherd's crook arm is attached to the pole by ornamental aluminum or cast iron hooks.
Lantern COD 622 is fixed at the end of the shepherd's crook arm.
Equipped with an M10 screw for grounding and a 55 mm diameter hole for passing an electrical cable through the interior.
All cast iron or aluminum elements are made from a single casting.

GENERAL INFORMATION ON SURFACE PROTECTION
All products undergo surface treatment and painting cycles calibrated according to the constituent material, product type, and final intended use.
Cast iron and aluminum surfaces are duly prepared by mechanical sandblasting or chemical pretreatment to ensure proper adhesion and protection of the coating.
Steel surfaces are protected by anti-corrosion treatments appropriate for the product's geometry and installation environment.
The coating is applied using a 5P cycle (thermosetting powder coating with electrostatic application) or a 3P cycle (spray painting with anti-corrosion primer and finish), depending on the substrate and performance requirements.
Standard finish: antique black, Eurocomitalia type.
Any color from the RAL Classic chart is available upon request.
