Styled cast iron pole with circular section body elements.
Total height 3750 mm; light source height 3600 mm.
The pole consists of a base, where the octagonal lower part is connected to the cylindrical central part by a stepped, conical-cylindrical element.
At the center, there is a cast iron inspection hatch designed to house a terminal block inside.
The base is finished with a double cylindrical band.
Base height 620 mm; base width 260 mm.
The shaft has a cylindrical lower part, followed by a conical-cylindrical element, and is decorated with an impressive ornamental flower with acanthus leaves.
The central part of the shaft, divided in two by a cylindrical band, is fluted with a truncated cone section and is finished with a wide, smooth cylindrical band with rounded edges.
The TP1 pole head, fixed to the steel core with bolts, is decorated with long, stylized plant elements and is topped by a stepped cylindrical cap, decorated with a ribbon-motif frieze.
The pole is designed for the insertion of lantern COD 602, bolted to the pole's steel core.
Equipped in the steel core with an M10 screw for grounding and a 55 mm diameter hole for the passage of an electrical cable inside.
All cast iron or aluminum elements are made from a single casting.
SURFACE PROTECTION
The cast iron surfaces are duly sandblasted before the painting process.
The steel surfaces are hot-dip galvanized.
Painting is carried out using the following cycle:
one coat of single-component zinc phosphate primer, a finishing coat of highly protective catalyzed two-component paint.
Standard color: antique black, EUROCOMITALIA type.
Upon request, painting according to the customer's RAL is possible.

Screws and accessories in AISI 316 stainless steel.

Galvanized steel inner core.
GENERAL INFORMATION ON SURFACE PROTECTION
All products undergo surface treatment and painting cycles calibrated according to the constituent material, product type, and final intended use.
Cast iron and aluminum surfaces are duly prepared by mechanical sandblasting or chemical pretreatment to ensure proper adhesion and protection of the coating.
Steel surfaces are protected by anti-corrosion treatments appropriate for the product's geometry and installation environment.
The coating is applied using a 5P cycle (thermosetting powder coating with electrostatic application) or a 3P cycle (spray painting with anti-corrosion primer and finish), depending on the substrate and performance requirements.
Standard finish: antique black, Eurocomitalia type.
Any color from the RAL Classic chart is available upon request.
