Description

A stylishly crafted cast iron pole with circular section body elements, with a total height of 7 meters and a light point height of 6 meters.
The pole features a base whose lower part consists of a wide circular band that supports the central section, which is also circular and has a truncated cone shape.
In the center, there is a cast iron inspection hatch designed to house a terminal block inside.
The base is finished with a cone-shaped, truncated ornament. Base height: 812 mm; base width: 388 mm.
The shaft is made of tapered, circular-section steel, with a diameter of 102 mm for the first section and 76 mm for the second.
The shaft is composed of tubes of various heights, with the first 800 mm section designed for in-ground installation or, upon request, with a flange for bolt-down anchoring.
A thermosetting protective sheath is at the base.
The tapered section is adorned with cast iron or aluminum collars, secured to the pole with grub screws.
The pole top is made of cast iron or aluminum and is fixed to the pole with stainless steel grub screws.
The pole is equipped with a double steel shepherd's crook top, CODE 505.3, made from a semi-circular curved steel tube (45 mm diameter, 3 mm thickness) as per the design.
It is finished with an ornament, a bolt cover, and a 3/4" threaded tube attachment for the lantern.
The shepherd's crook arm is secured to the pole by ornamental aluminum or cast iron hooks.
A lantern, CODE 622012, is attached to the end of the shepherd's crook arm.
Equipped with an M10 screw for grounding and a 55 mm diameter hole for routing an electrical cable inside.
All cast iron or aluminum elements are made from a single casting.

Surface protection

GENERAL INFORMATION ON SURFACE PROTECTION

All products undergo surface treatment and painting cycles calibrated according to the constituent material, product type, and final intended use.

Cast iron and aluminum surfaces are duly prepared by mechanical sandblasting or chemical pretreatment to ensure proper adhesion and protection of the coating.

Steel surfaces are protected by anti-corrosion treatments appropriate for the product's geometry and installation environment.

The coating is applied using a 5P cycle (thermosetting powder coating with electrostatic application) or a 3P cycle (spray painting with anti-corrosion primer and finish), depending on the substrate and performance requirements.

Standard finish: antique black, Eurocomitalia type.

Any color from the RAL Classic chart is available upon request.
